- Together we determine what form and approach is best for you.

- An in-depth conversation to clarify your situation, goals and context.
- Optional: 360° feedback or other assessments to gain insight into your values, strengths, blind spots.

Customized coaching pathway
- Focused on the themes that really matter to you.
- Practical and experiential: you try out new behaviors and forms of work directly in your work context.
- Frequency and duration: typically 5 – 7 90-minute sessions, tailored to your schedule and urgency.
- Location: outdoors, in the office or online. Tailored to what suits you best.

Reflection and embedding
- Ongoing check-ins to assess progress and impact.
- Tools, exercises or moments of reflection to permanently embed what you have learned in your practice.
