About me

What drives me

Building strong, lasting relationships between people. That’s what drives me. It’s only possible if you really have an eye for the other person and are willing to learn about yourself. When personal awareness and connection come together, it creates collaboration that works, gives meaning and makes a difference.

What shaped me

Born as identical twins, I learned to mirror, reflect and connect from an early age. This constant interaction taught me to give and receive feedback, resolve conflicts and find balance between connectedness and autonomy. These insights shape my view of relationships, loyalty and collaboration.

Growing up in a warm family with three brothers, I learned core values such as love, commitment, service and loyalty. These values still form a lens through which I view leadership and collaboration.

Professional background

I have over 13 years of experience at Accenture, in high-pressure corporate and public environments. There I led leadership, cultural and behavioral changes, coached management teams and designed leadership programs that create lasting impact.

As Practice Lead for Leadership & Culture in the Netherlands, I was responsible for business development, project execution and supervising a team of consultants. In the MT of the Talent & Organization practice I supervised complex cross-sector client portfolios and internal leadership development.

This experience, combined with an MSc Organizational Change (RUG) and MSc Executive (Team) Coaching (Hult Ashridge), gives me a solid foundation in both strategic thinking and people-oriented coaching.

Outside work

I recharge by surfing, playing music and having adventures with my wife and two sons. These moments remind me daily of the importance of continuing to learn, be open and connect in the here-and-now.
