Coaching

for leadership teams

Are you leading a management or leadership team that needs to navigate complexity, accelerate decision-making or deliver on strategic priorities?

I help leadership teams strengthen collaboration by making unhelpful patterns visible, addressing what remains unspoken and activating behaviors that improve both team effectiveness and organizational performance.

When to engage me?

Team coaching is particularly valuable when:

  • Decision-making is slow and momentum is being lost.
  • Strategic priorities exist on paper, but team members interpret them differently.
  • Tensions, conflict or underlying friction remain unaddressed and hinder collaboration.
  • High-performing individuals are not translating their collective potential into team performance.
  • The team wants to improve alignment and collaboration with other teams, departments or stakeholders.
  • The leadership team wants to provide more consistent and collective leadership across the organization.

What you can expect to gain

  • Greater clarity around shared goals, priorities and responsibilities.
  • Stronger trust, psychological safety and constructive dialogue.
  • Faster, higher-quality and better-supported decision-making.
  • Increased awareness of recurring patterns that limit collaboration and execution.
  • Practical behavioural shifts that improve team effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.

How does it work?

I work with leadership teams from an integrated perspective that connects individual motivations, team relationships and the broader organizational context. What happens within the team, how team members relate to one another and how the team interacts with the wider organization continuously influence each other. Sustainable change requires attention to all three levels.

The process begins with observing and understanding the team’s dynamics, challenges and organizational environment. Together, we explore what is working, where progress is getting stuck and which recurring patterns may be limiting effectiveness.

From there, we work with the real issues facing the team. By connecting current challenges with the team’s history, ambitions and organizational responsibilities, new insights emerge that support better decisions, stronger collaboration and more effective leadership.
The focus is always on translating awareness into practical action that creates impact both within the team and across the wider organization.

What to expect

1

Introductory Conversation

  • A confidential conversation, in person or online, to discuss the team’s challenges, objectives and context, and to explore whether we are the right fit to work together.
  • Together, we determine the most appropriate approach, scope and conditions for success.
2

Explore – Understanding What Is Really Happening

  • Assessment of team dynamics, stakeholder relationships and the broader organizational environment.
  • Identification of recurring patterns, obstacles and underlying tensions that may be limiting effectiveness.
  • Clarification of objectives, expectations and ownership for the journey ahead.
3

Activate – Creating Movement and Change

  • Interactive team sessions focused on real business challenges and team dynamics.
  • Making patterns visible, strengthening trust and creating space for conversations that need to happen.
  • Translating insights into concrete commitments, behavioural shifts and practical actions owned by the team itself.
  • Typically 3–5 sessions ranging from half-day to full-day workshops, delivered on-site, off-site or online, with optional check-ins between sessions.
4

Sustain – Embedding Lasting Impact

  • New behaviours, team agreements and ways of working are translated into everyday practice.
  • Periodic check-ins help maintain momentum, strengthen accountability and prevent old patterns from re-emerging.
  • The team reflects on progress, outcomes and lessons learned, building the capability to continuously monitor, adapt and improve long after the coaching engagement has ended.
