How does it work?

Your development is central. During the coaching we examine how you can make more impact as a leader in your own way, in interaction with the people who matter. Concrete work situations from your practice form the starting point: what works, what blocks, and how can you act more effectively?

A good click between you and me as a coach is essential. We pay careful attention to discovering mutual connection so that the relationship provides a safe foundation for learning and real change.

Depending on your question and need, I adapt my approach to this. I guide you from a sincere, reflective attitude and a mix of evidence-based insights and methods, so that you experience what can be done differently and can apply this concretely in practice.

  • Frequency and duration: typically 5 – 7 90-minute sessions, tailored to your schedule and urgency.
  • Location: outdoors, in the office or online. Tailored to what suits you best.

  • Ongoing check-ins to assess progress and impact.
