Team coaching

for leadership teams

Are you leading a management team or strategic team that needs to solve complex challenges together, speed up decision-making, or achieve strategic goals?

With teams, I focus on strengthening collaboration. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and explore how to activate behaviors that create real impact, within the management team and across the wider organization.

When do you bring me in?

Support is valuable when:

  • Decisions take too long and momentum is lost.
  • Strategy is on paper, but each team member interprets it differently.
  • Tensions, conflicts or subcutaneous frictions go undiscussed and block cooperation.
  • Individual top performers together yield less than their potential.
  • The team wants to improve alignment with other teams, departments or the organization as a whole.
  • The MT wants to jointly lead their own teams and the organization-wide agenda.

What you gain

  • Clarity about shared goals and responsibilities within the team and in interaction with other teams.
  • Improved psychological safety, trust and constructive communication.
  • Decisions made faster, better reasoned and more supported.
  • Visualize and break patterns that block collaboration and execution.
  • Concrete behaviors that directly impact team interaction, cross-departmental collaboration and organizational results.

How does it work?

I work with management teams from the connection between personal drives, interrelationships and the broader organizational context. What is going on in the team, how members relate to each other and how the team interacts with other teams and departments continually influence each other.

My coaching starts with observing and analyzing team dynamics and interactions with other teams and departments. Together, we explore what is working, where things are getting stuck and what patterns are recurring.

From there, I work with what is going on in the team at that moment. From the shared history and future ambition of the team, targeted interventions and reflection emerge, leading to greater insight, sharper choices and more effective behavior. Both within the team and in the cooperation with the organization as a whole.

What to expect

1

Free introduction

  • Short, informal conversation (live or online) to discover what the team’s challenges are and to experience if there is a click with me as a facilitator.
  • Together we determine the most appropriate form, approach and frameworks for the assignment within the team and organizational context.
2

Exploring – getting clear on what is really going on

  • Analysis of team dynamics, collaboration with other teams and broader organizational context.
  • Identify patterns, blockages and subcutaneous tensions.
  • Sharpening of goals, scope and process, with explicit team ownership of the process.
3

Activating – creating movement in the team

  • Team members put insights directly into practice through interactive sessions and workshops.
  • Create psychological safety and visibility of patterns and unspoken tensions.
  • Translate insights into concrete actions, agreements and commitments that the team itself follows up on.
  • Practical: typically 3-5 half- to full-day sessions, live on-site, remote or online, with optional short check-ins between sessions.
4

Sustaining – embedding sustainable impact

  • Embed new behaviors, agreements and forms of work.
  • Ongoing check-ins support the team in maintaining momentum and identifying recurring patterns.
  • Reflection on results achieved, what works better and where attention is still needed so that the team can continue to monitor and develop independently.
