work?<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"inleiding\">I work with management teams from the connection between personal drives, interrelationships and the broader organizational context. What is going on in the team, how members relate to each other and how the team interacts with other teams and departments continually influence each other. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>My coaching starts with observing and analyzing team dynamics and interactions with other teams and departments. Together, we explore what is working, where things are getting stuck and what patterns are recurring. <\/p>\n<p>From there, I work with what is going on in the team at that moment. From the shared history and future ambition of the team, targeted interventions and reflection emerge, leading to greater insight, sharper choices and more effective behavior.
