work?<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"inleiding\">I work with leadership teams from an integrated perspective that connects individual motivations, team relationships and the broader organizational context. What happens within the team, how team members relate to one another and how the team interacts with the wider organization continuously influence each other. Sustainable change requires attention to all three levels. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>The process begins with observing and understanding the team&#8217;s dynamics, challenges and organizational environment. Together, we explore what is working, where progress is getting stuck and which recurring patterns may be limiting effectiveness. <\/p>\n<p>From there, we work with the real issues facing the team.
